Bible Study

So I started the winter women's Bible study last night we are studying about how God will test us.  That everything and I mean everything is a test not just the big things but also the little things in life. I have had a few big test in my life time and I know that there is more to come and I just hope I will pass them. These test are to help build our faith and test our faith. So for me this is an Adventure to learn more about myself and God and my relationship with Him. 

Also I am back to counting my Weight Watchers points again getting in control of my weight again :)  Adrian is going to start playing hockey in a couple of weeks!!! I am so excited to see him play he is going to be a goalie and I will be able to get back into the habit of taking pictures.  I feel so bad that I have not taken pictures in soooooo long. I didn't take any of the kids on Christmas morning :( so sad huh? So I need to challenge myself to start taking pictures again with my camera (not my cell phone).

One Little Word 2011

So my One Little Word for 2011 is Adventure!!! I am hoping for lots of new Adventures with my new family and some amazing Adventures with some great friends.  I am so excited about this new year with so many new beginnings to happen. 

Some the of the Adventures that the Skinner's will do this year is...

Local Rodeo (the boys really want to do this and I want to learn to barrel race)
A plane trip to some where (a get out of town trip)
Relay Summit Training (which means traveling for me)
Hockey (my hubby may plan some hockey the next couple months)

And who knows what else we will end up doing this year. Stay tuned to find out.
